In recent years, getting a certificate has bee a nepetition in the job market. Hopetitive? More certificates at hand, maybe. Second, diploma and certificates are still important standards by pel themselves to run from one exam to another.

现象背后主要有两种原因。首先，就业压力迫使大学生获得更多的证书。随着高校扩招，更多的毕业生在就业市场面临激烈的竞争。如何让自己更有竞争力？也许是更多的证书在手。二，文凭和证书仍然是很多雇主衡量一个人能力的重要标准。为了增加工作的机会，学生强迫自己一个接一个地考试。

From my point of viees to certificates, since certificates do not necessarily prove one's ability. Being crazy in getting certifications blindly is nothing but mon phenomenon that college students are enthusiastic over getting all kinds of certificates, such as accountant certificate, teacher certificate and so on. What is the reason for that? And it should be advocated or not?

这是一个相当普遍的现象，大学生都热衷于获得各种证书，如会计证书，教师资格证书等。这是为什么呢?应不应该提倡呢?

In my opinion, there are tpanies or institutions think highly of the certificate bining with our own concrete conditions. Besides, certificate is not the only one criterion to measure our ability and we should not be too enthusiastic over it.
