;Don't miss it. Sb. request the pleasure of your company at ...(敬请光临。)等等。
1.We would be very happy if you could join us.
2.I would appreciate it if you could ...
3.It's my honour if you could come here.
4.Sb. invites you to a reception (party, etc.) at (place) on (date) at (time).
5.You are warmly invited to attend a reception (party, etc.) at (place) on (date) at (time).

Dear Li Hua,
My friend, Susan is interested in body language in Chinese schools. At her request, I'd like to invite you to have supper with us on May 12, and introduce some formal body language in Chinese schools to us.
In China,is it normal for students to go to school or play hand in hand? Greeting varies from place to place, some bowing and others waving. How do students in China say hello to teachers in school? Whether they are close friends or not, hugs are common in our country. What about the students in your country? What's more, we often see in some Chinese films that teachers pat students on the heads. Is it rude?
We are planning supper at six to prolong our talk. If I don't hear from you before then, I'll be expecting you next Saturday evening.
Affectionately yours,
Ann
